Our team is comprised of highly experienced search professionals who have experienced being on the same side of the table as our clients. They understand your needs and your pain.


With over 20 years in the executive search and recruitment industry, working with companies from British Petroleum and Georgia Pacific  at one end of the spectrum to hi-tech start ups who have gone onto great things at the other end.  We manage searches that include the C suite; Sales and Marketing; Information Technology; Finance and Data Analysts/Scientists.   We have the knowledge, experience and network to ensure that ultimately the right person with the right skills and experience will be placed in the right position within  the organization. Our highly experienced consultants, have themselves held executive level positions in Fortune 500 companies, technology start-ups, and not for profits, and are supported by a resourceful team of researchers.

To this end, we recently added a new firm to our group, The Analytics Registry.  The Registry focuses exclusively on data science and data analyst placements, leveraging our proprietary ApplicantAnalytics technology platform in concert with the vast experience of our search consultants.

 Leadership

INDRA BAZAZ  – President and Managing Partner, ConnecticsSearch Associates
Indra began her career in London working in the media and technology industries. Upon relocating to the United States she joined Fuqua Industries, a publicly traded conglomerate that was a precursor to today’s Private Equity phenomenon. As part of JB Fuqua’s leadership team, Indra was intimately involved in both acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies and was a key liaison between the Chairman and the leadership of the portfolio companies.

A desire to create her own business led her to establish the US arm of a European high technology marketing company where she served government agencies, high technology firms and multinationals like The Coca-Cola Company for several years in providing innovative solutions to marketing problems.

Leveraging her experience in the technology space, she created a business model that revolutionized the social printing industry by using adaptive technology to allow the customer to typeset and order their own social stationary, invitations and announcements and take control of the process. The business was ultimately sold to a major strategic player in the industry. Indra’s innovations were recognized as revolutionizing the space. The growth of the use of the Internet for self-help activities grew out of the identification of applications such as the one that Indra had developed.

Building upon the use of intelligent data to meet client demand and create scalability within professional activities that were still manual and time consuming, Indra and her team then addressed the human resources functions around candidate selection for open positions. They developed a proprietary technology, ApplicantAnalytics™ that assesses and matches candidates to specific positions. The technology and platform have been used successfully for both management and executive recruiting assignments for the past 20 years, providing her already established executive search and recruiting firm with an exceptional edge in being able to match candidates position specific. Today, Indra leads an experienced group of search consultants, empowered by the ApplicantAnalytics™ technology, to help companies identify the very best human capital for their organizations under the umbrella of ConnecticsSearch Associates.

In 2015, Indra founded WorkForceConnexion Recruiting Solutions which developed the wfxDigital AI talent management, matching and selection platform, The Equalizer. Following the divestiture of the technology,  Indra has now returned full time to managing and running ConnecticsSearch Associates.
